Developed by Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld), Harmoni Apartment at Eco Majestic, Semenyih, Selangor is a freehold medium-cost apartment project comprising 900 units within two 20-storey blocks. The first phase is estimated to be completed sometime next year.

There are three entrances that lead residents to a network of highways that link them to Kuala Lumpur city and neighbouring areas including via Jalan Semenyih and the Lebuhraya Kajang-Seremban (Lekas Highway). In neighbouring Kajang, are three MRT stations about 10-15 minutes drive away hence residents can also choose to park and ride the MRT. 

Similar apartments launched earlier in the township such as Simfoni Apartment (Rumah Selangorku) and Karisma Apartment had been well-received. In fact, even the first phase launch of Harmoni had seen strong take-up.

In Year 5
